Put licensure where parsers find it
List RN license state and certifications (BLS, ACLS) in a clearly labeled section — ATS filters for them, and recruiters check them first. Numbers can be "available on request".
Show patient load and unit size
"Managed 5–6 patients on a 30-bed med-surg unit" tells a nurse manager your acuity comfort zone instantly. It’s the nursing equivalent of engineering scale numbers.
Name the EHR
Epic, Cerner, or Meditech experience is a hard keyword in most postings — say which one you charted in.
